Committed to teaching, I provide these five courses on an annual basis.  My student rapport, mentoring and teaching evaluations are consistently excellent.

MSC 419  Field Course in Galapagos  3 cr. Spring 2006-ongoing.

MAF 505 Field Course in Coastal Cultures (initially MSC 411)  3 cr. (Spring 1986-ongoing) Spring course annually scheduled as core for MA in MAF, and as a graduate level course recommended for undergraduate MAF and APY majors.

MAF 506  Advanced Field Course 3 cr. for graduate students, or advanced undergraduate with MAF 505 as the prerequisite.

MAF 501    Political Ecology of Marine Resources  3 cr.
Spring course annually scheduled as graduate core for MA in MAF; core for undergraduate MAF; recommended for APY majors.

APY 202  Introduction to Anthropology 3 cr. Taught alternate spring semesters with APY 398.  A number of students from this class go on to take APY 398.

APY 398  Coastal Cultures (initially APY 300)  3 cr. Spring course offered alternate years with APY 202. It is scheduled as undergraduate MAF core; recommended for APY majors and other MSC majors. MSC cross-listed.
