Biography
Ms. Villanueva received her M.A. in Marine Affairs from University of Miami. She holds an MBA from NOVA University and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering.

 

Research Interests
Ms. Villanueva has been conducting research on marine resource allocation policy. She has done several studies on recreational boating as they relate to environmental issues and marine policy. She uses computer-based geographic information systems in her research.
